President
Mr. Tatalovich was appointed as the President ECT in 2010. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Tatalovich was ECT's General Manager from 2004 to 2010, Operations Manager from 2001 to 2004, and Production Manager from 1998 to 2001.
James L. Todd
Chief Financial Officer (New Star Metals)
Mr. Todd was appointed as Director - Finance for New Star Metals in August 2012. Previously, Mr. Todd was the Assistant Corporate Controller under Northern Steel Group and has been with the company as part of the finance team for over five years. Prior to working for NSG, Mr. Todd worked as the Director of Internal Audit with the AMA and as the financial manager of a family owned business. Mr. Todd is a CPA and has an MBA in Finance.

Tim Levin
Plant Manager
Tim Levin was appointed Plant Manager of ECT – East Chicago in August 2010. Previously he had been the Plant Manager of the ECT – Bridgeview, IL facility since March 2006. Prior to coming to ECT, Mr. Levin had spent 21 years in Michigan at Double Eagle Steel Coating Company (USS/ Severstal Joint Venture) holding various positions, with the last 7 years being the Operations Manager. Mr. Levin began his steel industry career at the US Steel Gary Works Electrogalvanizing line in the Operations Dept.
